So you’ve got a brilliant mind and an ongoing need to express your latest, often ingenious ideas. But too often you use that brainpower to rationalize away your problems and feelings. Sensitive and impressionable, you try your best to keep your emotions to a minimum in order to avoid getting hurt. But divorcing yourself from your emotions can only lead to dissatisfaction and anxiety. Be more open with yourself.
