Individuals born on the cusp of Pisces (the twelfth and final Sign of the Zodiac) and Aries (the first Sign of the Zodiac) are ruled by both Mars and, dependent upon varying opinion regarding which Planet governs Pisces, either Neptune or Jupiter. The choice is that of the reader...perhaps whatever description appears to be more appropriate. However, the general consensus in terms of governing Planets, is that this is a Neptune/Mars combination and the Jupiter/Mars variation is included below purely as a secondary reference based upon what is now considered to be a somewhat outmoded blend.
